1傳揚基督真道
目的：推動教會使命與異象，供應信徒靈命糧食。
內容：崇拜，聖禮，佈道特會，培靈特會，普世宣教，禱告事工，節期，慶典，婚喪，教會教義，紀律。
2塑造主的門徒
目的：推動教會門徒訓練，以培育真理、靈命、事奉均衡發展的基督門徒。
內容：主日學，神學中心，小組事工培訓，各事工師資培訓。
3 建立愛的社群
目的：建立關愛的團契，落實信徒皆祭司的職份，深入社區引人歸主。
內容：靈命與事奉並進，彼此關懷交流，事奉恩賜培育，僕人領袖塑造。
Changing lives and building strong families in the English speaking Asian community through the Gospel of Jesus Christ by Reaching In, Reaching Out, Reaching Up and Reaching Around.
We purpose to start with ordinary people and through the four, interconnected functions nurture you to become extraordinary Christians with extraordinary families:
Reaching In - CBCGL exists to educate God's people. We are here to help you grow spiritually. The Apostle Paul wrote, e continue to preach Christ to each person, using all wisdom to warn and to teach everyone, in order bring each one into God presence a mature person in Christ (Colossians 1:28). We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the sole basis of truth and spiritual growth. To that end, we provide multiple opportunities for you to participate in learning God Word to help you become more like Jesus Christ in your thoughts, words, and deeds.
Reaching Out - CBCGL exists to communicate God Word to others. We are here to carry out the Great Commission given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ by striving to evangelize our community and the world. Jesus commanded, to and make followers of all people (Matthew 28:19). We train you to be witnesses to their friends, families and co-workers. We financially support overseas and local missions, as well as provide opportunities for members to participate in taking the gospel to the ends of the earth through short term missions programs.
Reaching Up - CBCGL exists to celebrate God presence. We are here to express our love to God. As followers of Jesus Christ, we believe our ultimate purpose is to worship God through our lives and through our church. The Psalmist declared, glorify the Lord with me, let us praise His name together(Psalm 34:3). Our gathering on Sunday morning for our worship celebration is the culmination of a week of living our lives daily for Him.
Reaching Around - CBCGL exists to incorporate God's people into our church. We are here to provide a place where you can be assured of belonging to the Body of Christ. The Apostle Peter wrote, love the Brothers and Sisters of God's family (1 Peter 2:17). As a family, we encourage you to get involved in one of our many fellowship groups. It is in these smaller and more intimate groups that strong caring relationships are nurtured and we fulfill our obligation to love one | |
